Welcome to Mr. Marucci’s FIN320 website (Spring 2005 edition). This site is specifically designed for students currently taking Mr. Marucci’s FIN320 Tuesday night course at WMU. On the site you will find downloadable lecture slides (in MS PowerPoint), timely handouts from class, the class syllabus, resources from the publisher of the textbook being used, and links to other pertinent sites. About Your Instructor:

John Marucci

After a career in professional soccer, Mr. Marucci went back to school, first at KVCC, then at WMU. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Finance from WMU in April of 1998. For the next year, Mr. Marucci taught Macro Economics at KVCC, began the MBA program at WMU, and began working at National City Bank as a financial analyst in the Credit Card division. Mr. Marucci has been full-time with National City since March of 1999 and received his MBA from WMU in April of 2000.

At National City, Mr. Marucci has been involved with many high profile projects and financial decisions. He was responsible for developing the financials for National City’s CashBuilder and VehicleVantage Credit Card products as well as leading the Card company’s effort to develop customized customer retention software. For four consecutive years, Mr. Marucci developed the integrated multi-million dollar annual marketing budget for the Card Services division. More recently he has been working in the New Product Development group pioneering test credit card products.
